Our concept is innovative and is based around a single SUPER MEGA national real estate agency and several departmental MEGA real estate agencies (one per department).

The MEGA agency of the Alpes Maritimes (06) has a network of around a hundred local real estate representatives who cover the entire department 06. They are competent commercial agents who are carefully selected and then recruited by us. They know their city or sector (for large cities) as well as their local real estate market perfectly well. They are capable of selling all types of property in the sector, ranging from small student rooms to large prestigious properties. To perfect their services as well as their visibility, these referents will open, at the appropriate time, their small physical local agency (with storefront) in their sector, as Sébastien MENAND did in the MOUGINS sector. He clearly demonstrated that our concept works perfectly well.

For very high-end real estate, we created the REFERENCE LUX Real Estate agency. We even domiciled our first REFERENCE LUX agency “French Riviera” at 45 boulevard de La Croisette in Cannes. It is specifically dedicated to exceptional properties on the Côte d'Azur (from Menton to Saint-Tropez) whose price is generally above 4/5 million € approx. We created this brand, in its own right, because This market segment (very high-end real estate) is worked differently and requires very specific skills. Sébastien MENAND is the REFERENCE LUX representative for the entire French Riviera and will therefore be able to assist all the representatives in this market segment.
