The MEGA DEPARTMENTAL REAL ESTATE AGENCY "REFERENCE FRANCE IMMOBILIER 06" is recruiting. You will be part of a team of 100 LOCAL REAL ESTATE REFERENCES COVERING THE ENTIRE ALPES-MARITIMES (06) DEPARTMENT (sales agents, advisors, and real estate negotiators). You will be the sole REFERENCE in your city (or large area for large cities). This will be your EXCLUSIVE area for in-depth work and prospecting (of course, nothing will prevent you from taking on mandates in other areas and even anywhere in France). The headquarters of the MEGA DEPARTMENTAL REAL ESTATE AGENCY is currently in Mougins but will soon be located in the center of Nice (near Place Massena).

Our innovative concept perfectly meets the needs of real estate sales agents. It guarantees their success while ensuring their capitalization (on their behalf) from the very beginning.

TO START WITH US, YOU'LL EARN 70% TO 90%* OF THE AGENCY COMMISSION (decreasing based on your annual revenue and, of course, if you become a Team Leader or Manager of your small, physical real estate agency).

Our business model is truly about Real Estate (with a capital L). We don't focus on quantity, but rather on the quality of our agents. In fact, we don't recruit massively because "places" are limited. We therefore carefully select our future agents. There will be only ONE MEGA DEPARTMENTAL AGENCY for the entire Alpes-Maritimes department, and there will be only 100 LOCAL REAL ESTATE REFERENCES (who will open their own small, local physical branch).

There will be only ONE REFERENCE REFERENCE PER AREA, so there will be no risk of another agency representative coming to your office to prospect, as happens in other agencies that recruit too heavily, to the detriment of each agent's interests. Of course, if an opportunity presents itself to you (a friend, family member, one of your contacts, etc.), we won't prevent you from taking on the mandate or selling in another area (and even throughout France).

We are looking for sales agents capable of growing within our agency and who can assume the role and responsibility of Local Real Estate Representative in a large area (approximately 4,000 households). Our advisors must, above all, be entrepreneurs at heart because they must be able, in a few months (or years), to build a small local team by becoming a TEAM LEADER and, ultimately, to create their own small local real estate agency with a physical presence (in their own name and, of course, under the REFERENCE FRANCE brand, with our support and assistance).

In your office, you will be responsible for a large area. Each area represents approximately 4,000 households, which is much more than in other traditional agencies, which will only allow you to work on blocks of 200 to 1,200 households. Having a large area will allow you to attract more prospects and, above all, allow you to expand and develop locally (REFERENT TEAM LEADER and REFERENT MANAGER with the creation of your small local real estate agency under the brand ["your name & first name" by REFERENCE FRANCE]).

Our interest isn't in having dozens of small agents running around trying to bring in clients left, right and centre, then "eking out a living" with a few sales a year. On the contrary, it's in having a small team of agents, but in ensuring that each agent succeeds (financially) in their area and truly becomes the local reference. This is what both seller and buyer clients want. They want more professionalism and to have a trusted advisor in their area who knows their sector perfectly, so they can "sell it better."

We therefore select and recruit the best potential agents (possibly beginners), motivate them, and, above all, be fair to them, for a lasting relationship, always with a win-win attitude. Our local real estate advisors work full-time. Real estate is their profession as well as their passion.

Thanks to our diverse range of services and tools, you can sell any type of property, from the cheapest apartment to the most prestigious and expensive property. This will allow you to have a diversified portfolio that will guarantee you reliable, recurring income every month.

For very high-end properties (prices over €5,000,000 or with this resale potential after renovation), our REFERENCE SUPER LUX agency, located at 45 Boulevard de La Croisette in Cannes, is available to our agents and clients.

Our local real estate experts handle sales (residential, new, commercial, and life annuities), rentals, property management (agency management service), and seasonal rentals (with concierge services provided by our partners).

Your responsibilities will include: prospecting, valuations, mandates, photography, advertising and listings, viewings, offer negotiations, notary follow-up, monitoring and management of the seller and buyer client portfolio, etc.

"REFERENCE FRANCE IMMOBILIER 06" is a mega departmental real estate agency serving the entire 06 department with its 100 local real estate agents. Its headquarters are currently located in Mougins. It will soon be relocated to downtown Nice (near Place Massena).

Our ambition is to expand throughout the country with a super mega national agency called "REFERENCE FRANCE" based in Paris. This will ensure we cover the entire country and follow the same organizational model with mega departmental real estate agencies in each department.
